It is best to use a cleanser that is gentle and free of irritating ingredients, such as sulfates and fragrances. You can also follow this up with a moisturiser every day to help keep skin hydrated and nourished, and to prevent fine lines and wrinkles.

Sun protection is also essential, so make sure to use a sunscreen with an SPF of at least 30.
