At Natural Health Harmony, we strive to ensure our customers are 100% satisfied with their purchases. If you are not completely happy with your order, please review our returns policy below:

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items unless they are defective or damaged.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives defective or damaged:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Provide a photo of the damaged or defective item, as well as your order details.
  • We will offer a replacement or a full refund, including any applicable shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Items purchased during promotional sales or with discount codes (except for defective products).
  • Custom or personalised items.

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Wait for our confirmation and detailed return instructions.
  3. Ship the item back to us using a tracked service (return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective).
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged items.
  • Replacement items will be dispatched within 3-5 business days after approval.
